Software as a Service (SaaS)

SaaS delivers software applications over the internet, on a subscription basis. With SaaS, cloud providers install and operate application software in the cloud and cloud users can access the software from cloud clients. The cloud provider manages the hardware and software, and with the appropriate service agreement, will ensure the availability and the security of the app and your data as well.

SaaS eliminates the need for organizations to install and run applications on their own computers or in their own data centers. This eliminates the expense of hardware acquisition, provisioning and maintenance, as well as software licensing, installation, and support.

Each service model offers distinct advantages and commonly serves different business needs and objectives, allowing companies to choose the best setup for their specific requirements.
